@gotrice2024 Had this happen. Water main burst by itself (probably from recent road resurfacing). Except we have a huge drain in front of the door, rubber trim on the door. It swirled against the door. Not a drop got in.

The gas company was running gas lines and struck a water main line. She filed a claim with her insurance company only to be denied due to flood coverage.
