This group has had zero turnover from last year outside of the coach who did need to go and they still look like they haven’t played together for more than 3 games. It’s deplorable. Now I want the players gone.

The Knicks are defined by choking, this is easily Brunson’s worst playoff series of his life. I want everyone gone at the end of the year!

@RyanGarciaESM Brunson can go too. He should no longer be an untouchable. He can't ever be the number 1 option on a championship team.

Brunson wasn’t good enough late, but also doesn’t help when you have Mike Brown drawing up the final possession. Awful loss

@BarstoolHubbs Brunson more often than not this entire season has not been good enough late. It just isn't this Atlanta series.

@Kaneh7890 @BarstoolHubbs Also don't forget that a lot of people thought before the season began that they would have the best regular season record in the Eastern conference. That didn't happen did it? And now the playoffs are showing that this team just isn't very good.

@Kaneh7890 @BarstoolHubbs Why was Brown so good during the regular season? They won 53 games but feasted on the bad teams in the league which there are a lot of. But when they played real competition they often got blown out.

@RobbyDuran2 @BarstoolHubbs I am starting to agree with you. Other than Brown Brunson has been the biggest problem in this series. To be honest I haven't been very happy with the way he has played this entire season. It is not just this series.

@BarstoolHubbs Michael Brown is a horrible head coach. Thibs had his faults but I definitely think he was better than Brown. But the biggest problem is the makeup of the roster. And that is on Leon Rose. Bridges has been a disaster and the bench continues to be bad.

@rangersplswin @elxysmile @GaryHPhillips But Grichuk as the right handed hitting outfielder off the bench is just not good enough. You had to come up with somebody better. But the Yankees didn't so we are stuck with him at least for the time being.

Unacceptable loss for the Knicks. I'm stilly extremely confident they win the series. But I can't believe they are in a must-win game in the first round!

@tommylugauer The problem with the team last year was more the players than Thibs. I don't think that Brown is a good coach but it was Leon Rose who put the team together. If they lose this series both of them have to go. The Bridges trade has been a disaster.

@tommylugauer The Knicks never developed an identity as to what kind of team they want to be. It is group of players that do not complement each other or play well together. At least consistently.

@tommylugauer This Knicks team is garbage. They do absolutely nothing consistently well. And Jalen Brunson is overrated. He cannot be the number 1 player on a championship team. This has been proven so many times this season. His days of being clutch I think are over.

@pamsson At some point don't you have to look at his actual numbers and production? No player is this unlucky for this long. The guy has been a terrible hitter since September 2024.

I know Austin Wells has good expected stats and he’s improved his swing decisions, but in some of these run scoring situations, he has to come through. Expected stats aren’t putting up runs.

@NewYawkGiant @HoodieFrazier I always have a good feeling about Rosario no matter who the opposing pitcher is because he is a contact hitter. He and Bellinger are the only good contact hitters on the entire team. That is why their situational hitting is so poor.

@HoodieFrazier The lineup has been weird AF but thankful to have MONSTERS to bring off the bench with Bellinger & Goldschmidt etc! Been thinking the same exact thing!

@NewYawkGiant @HoodieFrazier I would have hit Goldy for Wells even though it would have forced a right right matchup. But then Boone could have countered with Bellinger instead of saving him for Rosario. Whatever Wells against the lefty was the worst possible matchup. Goldy against a righty would be better.
