@LonestarMoney In banking back in the day, my MD showed me his account during the COVID crash, he was down $16M. I stopped complaining about volatility after that 🤣

Daily volatility is essentially a coin flip. Just part of doing business being an investor. $3600 down in one day is part of it.

When I was 25, I wanted a million-dollar portfolio. I thought it would solve all my problems. Today I'm over $1.1M invested. The funny thing? I’m at the end of my 20s (29 y/o) A few financial lessons I’ve learned over the last decade: 1) The best investment I made was in skills that increased my earning power. 2) Most wealth is built through ownership, not employment. 3) Lifestyle inflation is the biggest threat to long-term wealth. 4) Your network has a MASSIVE impact on your networth. 5) Financial freedom is more about controlling your time than buying things.
