Took some time off this week so I could think clearly about some big decisions I’ll be making soon. Spent time with family. Left the house for a mini vacation. Turned all work to ‘off mode.’ Got very clear with the vision. Sometimes you have to do nothing to get clear. Budgetdog is about to go to a new level.

The middle class didn’t fall. Expectations exploded. 1 car to 3 1 TV to many TVs 1,200 sq ft home to 2,200+ Air conditioning Never flying to annual vacations Home cooking to restaurant food regularly Costs went up because lifestyles skyrocketed. So why the whining?

@BoomerDivvies The dude with nothing definitely pays taxes in rent. Also, the dude with nothing is eating Alpo in retirement. While the other one eats filet mignon.

Two $100K earners. One parties it away. One builds a portfolio. 15 years later: One owns nothing; no future tax bill. One has wealth; taxed every year. How is this fair? Equal opportunity but one has to fund the system and the other becomes a freeloader.
