Rest in peace, Dad. Taken way too soon. June 1958 - April 12, 2026. I know you're up there with your parents, brothers, & best friend Todd. The hardest thing for me is knowing you spent the last 10 years or so jokingly begging for a grandchild. Sister is due this week, & it kills me you'll never meet baby Maren. I know you'll be her guardian angel, protecting & watching down on her. He was always the life of the party. Always been a go, go, go, go, go kinda person. Always the one inviting more folks to a party. The best damn 4th of July fireworks display on the beach! We'll make sure to honor you in the future by celebrating your life. Last thing I ever said to him was the night before his golfing accident... "Love you too!" after setting up my netflix account for him for the 100th time. Love you too, Dad.

Update on my foot: Yesterday was the first day I made some physical progress! Standing with my crutches and my foot in a boot, I put my boot onto a bathroom scale and slowly applied pressure to the scale. It was scary, but I was able to get the scale to 50 pounds without pain or discomfort! Overall, it seems my bones are healing well. The doctors still aren’t sure exactly how it’s all going to look in the end, what my overall mobility/usage will look like, how many more surgeries/procedures I’ll need, etc But for now, things are looking about as good as they could I think. Exciting to take my first real “step” forward in this whole ordeal.

As part of our mid-season update planned for April 14, we've got some notable changes and updates on the way. But by popular demand we wanted to share just a few early - specifically, a preview of some of the Recon changes that are incoming. ⭕ Echo Pulse: This will now distinguish between the Runner and UESC targets that are pinged. We're also reducing its visibility to enemies, making it a bit tougher for enemy Runners to gauge if they're in range. Notably, if you're a Runner who cleverly used their Signal Jammer before Echo Pulse hit you, you'll also show up as UESC. Use this power wisely. 🕷️ Tracker Drone: Your friendly neighborhood Tracker Drone is about to get a bit more aggressive. With 1.0.6 we're improving its tracking strength and allowing it to find a new target to track if it cannot reach its current target. Runner beware. That's just a taste of what's to come. Keep some tick milk on ice, we'll share the full patch notes closer to 1.0.6's release date.
