This Emeka, from Enugu State. He was tortured to death yesterday by @SAPoliceService in Pretoria. They quickly took him to the hospital claiming he was jogging and then collapsed, but how can a man be jogging with cuffs as clearly seen here? The mumu hospital didn't run any check and deposited to the morgue. Nigerians are not safe, both in Nigeria and outside Nigeria.
