Curious question. Bakit 90,000 pesos lang ang bail ni Jinggoy? Kung ang Office of the Ombudsman charged him with plunder and graft due to alleged kickbacks amounting to over ₱573 million from DPWH flood control projects, hindi ba pwedeng at least 20% man lang ng 573M ang gawing bail? Para naman commensurate dun sa ALLEGED amount na na-charge yung accused?
Imagine kung 20% of 573M ang bail, ang amount will be 114,600,000. Medyo masakit sa bulsa ng akusado. Kung ganyan ang pamantayan, medyo mangingilag ka magnakaw ng malaki. Kasi bail pa lang, sasakit na dibdib mo.
Kasi diba, Ombudsman naman ang nag come-up sa amount na 573M which means more or less yun ang nakuhang kickback, tapos 90K lang ang bail? Parang napakasarap magnakaw dito sa Pilipinas, lalo na kung hindi plunder ang ma-kaso sayo. Gandang life hack diba? 🧐
