We decided to distribute a complete set of OT8 banners as a remembrance and paraphernalia of the event. This was already announced even before the concert, and many Blooms were excited and happy knowing they would receive a full BINI banner set. It serves as a remembrance of the event and something Blooms can keep even after the concert ends. We genuinely thought it would make the experience more special and memorable for everyone, because walo hanghang dulo. 🌸

Regarding the remaining funds from #KristinePH BINIyanihan, we revisited all available records, supporting documents, and proofs of expenses to ensure that the figures reflected in our transparency reports are accurate and aligned with the available documentation. We identified inconsistencies of the reported figures. Since different volunteers handled various projects, reports, and documentation over time, we acknowledge that there were lapses on our part in consolidating, reviewing, and reconciling the records earlier. We take responsibility for this oversight, which is why we went back to the files, verified the supporting documents, and updated the figures accordingly. As for Across the BINiverse, while the project was documented and reported by TBPH for transparency purposes, the donations received and expenses incurred were under the respective OT8 fanbases. It was a unified fundraising effort among the OT8 fanbases and was managed separately from TBPH funds. Because of this, the project did not have any carryover to succeeding TBPH projects. 1/2

Since 2023, the Gmail subscription and storage expenses of Team Bloom PH were personally shouldered by our admins. However, by 2025, due to the increasing operational workload, monthly meetings and communications with brands, agencies, partners, and management related to BINI projects, along with the need for additional storage for project files/materials and announcements, the team decided to charge the subscription expenses under the collected funds as part of the operational expenses of Team Bloom PH. These expenses were reflected transparently in the tracker. However, if the community feels that these should not be considered valid expenses under the funds, we are open to personally covering/returning the Gmail subscription expenses moving forward to avoid further concerns and misunderstandings. 🌸
