@Hermesparcels My parcel has been ‘delayed’ at your depot for over 12 days. Everyday your customer service robot tells me it will be on the move in 24 hours. This is a lie. It’s outrageous that a company of your size does not have any humans to talk to. DO NOT USE HERMES

@mtearne @Earl_GreyT @helpairbnb @Airbnb_uk My brother had about £10'000 of airbnb booking last year, is the top rated airbnb in our village and then he got two blunt email in two days and is now banned. No phonecall, no discussion, no specific reason given. No appeal process. They bascially removed his livelihood.

How can you lock people out of their account for no reason and give no explanation? Everyone is saying the same and Airbnb are doing nothing. Obviously there’s an algorithm that’s not working. 5 people I know and myself. @helpairbnb @Airbnb_uk
