@WYMayor please can I ask why it acceptable for people living 4 miles from the centre of Leeds to have to wait 30 minutes for a bus at 17:30 or walk 20 minutes because the trains are unreliable too.
How do we have a conversation, urgently. One distressed and upset widower.

@LBIAirport when your teams are struggling today remind them that one fast track passenger was impressed and grateful. 25 minutes from joining the right queue to being airside. All staff were working hard and still so polite. Please say thank you to them.
