@LNER can you give people a way to get rid of that banner please. Make it damn hard to use your website stuck there.

@PLewis1975 @Hull_Trains Good morning, Pete. Thanks for your question, Pete! Just to clarify, all our trains, whether it's a 5, 9, 10, or an IC225—will always stop in the same position at the station, so you can expect consistency no matter which service you're catching.

Hey @LNER why does the 5 car train stop soooo far at the end of the Grantham platform 2? It’s a long distance to the pedestrian overpass, @Hull_Trains 5 cars stop right next to the overpass 🤷‍♂️

@christhommo50 Since your service is currently delayed rather than cancelled, you should still travel on your booked train. If your train does end up being cancelled, please reach out directly to Crosscountry for further guidance, they’ll be able to help you with your next steps, Chris.

@LNER help! My parents were on 14:10 from KX to Wakefield Westgate on 17/3. Train was cancelled at Peterborough. They’re trying to make a delay repay claim online but LNER website states train was cancelled and didn’t leave KX so can’t enter details to claim. How can they claim?

@cwhite1864 @NUFC @SunderlandAFC Hello Christopher, services are expected to be very busy, and making additional stops could increase the chance of serious overcrowding. Keeping the current stopping pattern helps us run trains safely and reliably for everyone. ^Katie

@LNER @NUFC @SunderlandAFC If only the diversion route ran through Hartlepool, Seaham and Sunderland where lots of fans will be travelling from...Oh wait, it does. Any chance of adding stops? Even just on services a couple of hours either side of kick off...

@LNER 1/2 What are the rules about getting on at a later station or getting off at an earlier stop on advance singe tickets. I have an advance single Harrogate to London King's Cross ticket tomorrow. However, I would like to go tomorrow, so I was wondering if I can...

@lner any thoughts on this please? My 10:24 train from Newcastle to King’s Cross was cancelled yesterday. I had to get a later train. That train was delayed meaning I missed my connection. So I was delayed by the cancellation and delayed from the replacement.

@ryan_da_lion Our role is to provide customers with tickets to reach their destination. Once this has been fulfilled, you would need to speak to the operator directly. Thanks. ~Lorcan

Hi @LNER, I’ve noticed that the 6:43 service from Peterborough to King’s Cross, which is usually 9 coaches, has often been running with only 5 over the past few weeks. Is this expected to continue, or just temporary? Cheers
