@LNER @ScotRail I’m having trouble submitting a delay repay claim for 11:01 from Aberdeen to Edinburgh. The train was cancelled at Dundee and I’ve just had to stand from Dundee to Edinburgh in a very hot carriage with no air conditioning. Reached my end destination an hour late.

@LNER I was due delay repay for £66.70 but have only received £48.26. I received an email saying I could claim confirming the £66.70, and a subsequent email confirming the claim had gone through. Can this be looked into please?

@LNER carriage K clearly can’t cope with the speed of 12:30 from KX to York. Sat in the rear of carriage being thrown around, it’s near impossible to work on a laptop without feeling travel sick. Already had to move from K2 because suspension’s coming through seat, K10 is broken

@LNER are seat reservations not in place on the 14:33 King’s Cross to Newcastle? I have a first class ticket for seat K21 but on realtime trains it’s not show a coach K 😊

@And_I88 Due to the forecasted high temperatures, some of our InterCity 225 trains have been temporarily removed from service. This means that some services will now be operated using Azuma trains and the original seat reservations will not be in place. 1/2

@YagyanshB @abhjtanand @Starlink We have been actively working to improve onboard connectivity, including trialling Starlink satellite internet, and installing new mobile masts along rural stretches of the mainline to eliminate coverage "not-spots" and improve both mobile and Wi-Fi signals.

@abhjtanand poor WiFi network, I suppose @Starlink could solve this if @LNER decides to invest in it

I manged to get myself a first class upgrade as far as Kings Cross thanks to @Seatfrog, and as a bonus was put in an individual seat. As always with @LNER brilliant service. The Pasta was served just as we arrived at Newark Northgate. This new Dish menu is pretty good.

@dreamingyouhere @ScotRail As advised above, we have no advertised ticket acceptance in place however the station team will be able to assist with onward connections. You don't need to buy a new ticket.
