@MIK3MCDANIEL Eeeeh I don’t agree. It’s pretty reasonable to see Kon as being much closer to his purposed ceiling than AJ is at BYU.

If you just walk 8-10 k steps a day, lift 3-4 times a week and eat 300-400 calories under your maintenance calories 90% of the time, you will hit your dream physique in 4-6 months pretty easily, I feel like so many people out there overcomplicate health and fitness too much

@mudchar22 Yeah been hearing he’s not a good defender but I think he can be an average defender coming into the league.

updated my film-based grades that aim to estimate play-to-play impact, projecting to the next level, scaled per of 100 possessions and relative to the class here's the offensive grade ranking, 17 (of 83) prospcets with an offensive grade in the 80th percentile or above

@babyboyzha He’s cool and gifted in offensively doesn’t turn the ball over a lot great in transition and can shoot but is a horrible horrible defender and isn’t all that much better than guards you can get late lottery- to late 1st rnd. Wagler, Burries, Mikal and Kingston all are better

James Harden is more influential to how each individuals play basketball more than Steph Curry. Dribble package, step backs, etc. Steph Curry revolutionized how teams play. But the elite star players who create shots resemble Harden more.
