I want a full refund for my order. I'm disgusted with service from both @UberEats & @McDonaldsUK. Has anyone else experienced this?

I rung uber, who said they would refund missing items only. So I have paid £33 for missing or cold food that ended up in bin. Refused refund when it was left to sit for over an hour and driver delivered after YOUR cut off time...by saying it was delivered when it wasnt

@UberEats @McDonalds I ordered £33 of food last night. 16:05 I placed order, it was bagged up at 16:07 and your driver says he delivered it at 17:07. 3 mins off being late. Next door has a ring door bell. It clocks driver at 17:12. 5 mins after he says it was delivered.

So my order had been sat for an hour before getting to me. It was freezing cold, we were missing a meal, and drinks. The mcflurries had melted. So I then had to sort food out for everyone as we couldn't eat order. Tried ringing @McDonaldsUK llanelli and no one answers.
