Most south Americans dont see the programs available in the states but will still produce more talented players.

After his last few buffs, I think Ymir is potentially a top 3 solo laner in the game. His laning phase is stifling in most matchups, he’s surprisingly safe and even if he does fall behind he has one of the best team fights in the game.
