I literally worked for a co. for 6+ yrs that never saw a profit & I received a raise every yr. And this is the case for most startups. There are MANY examples of this b/c that’s the nature of startups & young companies. What you’re saying isn’t fair. It’s uninformed at best.

@itspikaaa @soullig To be fair , and I’m not hating but show me one other company where the business is constantly losing money, as in operating at a loss not profit, yet the employees demand a raise and actually get it? Ignore the man vs women part and just answer that, cuz that’s the WNBA 🤷🏽
