Did you know the reason a DC “Judge” halted construction on the White House Ballroom is that a lady who walks her dog by the White House complained it was ugly!? AND THE JUDGE GRANTED HER STANDING AS A RESULT. This judge sided with a liberal dog walker over national security.

I’m working with my team to draft legislation ensuring the White House Ballroom is completed. I don’t believe congressional approval is required for the project, but if it’ll keep activist judges on the sideline, so be it. More to come this week.

@christopherrufo The other irony: Elena Kagan (yes, as in the future leftist Supreme Court justice) did more to improve conservative representation on the Harvard Law faculty by hiring Vermeule and 2 others in 2005-6 than Vermeule himself has done in the 20+ years since then.

Just going to point out that Adrian Vermeule has occupied a carved out niche in the elite ranks of academia at Harvard for 20+ years, and has achieved exactly *nothing* to improve upon its far-left faculty skew. He is the very thing that he pretends to critique here.

In principle, a principled-seeming Congressman from Kentucky would be a principled person. A red flag for me is that he follows a lot of people who spew a lot of nonsense.

Say you had ten analysts focused like cobras on thirty stocks each in 2014 and could have just bought the S&P and saved a lot of money?
