After 10 hours of Cryo, I need therapy. The map is incredible, the puzzles and mysteries overwhelm in the best way possible, I LOVE that everyone you fight has the GOOP. My wallet and Vault are absolutely rinsed. I always complain about stash space, this solution was effective.

I’m seeing a lot of posts about the Thief Grapple cancel and Slide Cancels in Marathon. I think Thief’s grapple should be consumed when cancelled. Slide Cancels shouldn’t refund your heat, but I don’t believe they should be completely taken out of the game. I think the Marathon community should embrace expressions of skill even if they were not originally intended. Being able to do Thief’s Grapple cancel or Slide Cancels once mid fight rather than spamming it is fine in my opinion.

it was fun to mess with but all it would do is make pvp engagements really annoying and place less emphasis on good positioning because you can reposition for basically free

the people hating this dont understand that movement, like everything else, is risk/reward. the faster you move, the louder you are, the more heat you generate. a near-instant burst of speed for any runner that only generates a little heat and not much noise (airborn) is busted
