If you invested money with ERIC MCNEIL, be warned. He is offering 5-10% a month but he blocked me immediately after I reached out for comment to ask him about it.

@mazemoore She said “the problem with people on the far right”. The problem with ppl like this is that everyone even slightly right of this level of delusion is considered “far right” to them.

Gavin Newsom's wife: There's a lot to learn from same sex couples. Gender is on a spectrum. Evangelicals and conservatives are holding the country back but it won't work because people are woke. She's as crazy as any lunatic white liberal woman out there.

Of course other states have it too but California is disgustingly corrupt. They’ve just been doing it so long that it feels normal to regular ppl who don’t care to really look into it.

Not sure -- we're all wondering, too. Coach Cal invited the media to his house every year, no matter how bad things got. Last year was a private team/donor event at Rupp, but media still got to attend for player reactions with interviews. Another misstep in a year of missteps.

I think DA Jose Garza may actually be the most dangerous person in the Country right now. How many people have to be hurt or killed by people he refuses to prosecute for VIOLENT crimes in the name of “social justice”??

AUSTIN MAN walks up to a stranger using a computer on the fourth floor of the Central Library, punches him in the head so hard he's knocked out of his chair, stomps on his head multiple times while he lies unconscious on the floor -- then calmly walks back to his own computer and sits down. The victim is in critical condition with life-threatening injuries. Police Chief Lisa Davis (@APDChiefDavis) happened to be in the building and made the arrest herself. On a city bus in 2024, Vasquez threatened an 11-year-old boy, cocked his leg back to kick him full-force, then stood up and punched the kid's mother in the face. She's a Spanish speaker and couldn't even understand the threats. A female bystander tackled Vasquez to protect them. He punched her in the head repeatedly. All was on video. Child endangerment charge and two assaults charges. Dismissed. Six months before that, he punched a CapMetro bus driver in the mouth hard enough to cause a bloody laceration. During the arrest, he called an officer a racial slur and spit directly in his face. Felony harassment of a public servant. Dismissed to "pre-trial diversion." He also had a felony terroristic threat against a public servant. Also dismissed. His Travis County record: • 10 cases • 3 felonies -- all dismissed • 4 assaults -- all dismissed • 0 jury trials Now someone is fighting for their life in a hospital because a man with a documented pattern of unprovoked violence kept walking out of the courthouse.

Ticketmaster directors were caught bragging in internal messages about 'robbing [fans] blind' The messages: • 'These people are so stupid. I almost feel bad for taking advantage of them' • 'Robbing them blind, baby. That’s how we do it' • Charging '$50 to park in the grass' and '$60 for closer grass' They recently reached a deal with the U.S. government to avoid a breakup over allegations of running an illegal monopoly (via @Business)

AUSTIN MAN shot and killed a construction worker at 6am outside a North Lamar bar. He disappeared for two months before SWAT pulled him from a Central Austin apartment last week. The shooter, Jesus “Loco” Ramos, had been cycling through Travis County courts for years. Prosecutors had plenty of chances to stop him. They waited until a man was dead. 2019: Arrested for felony cocaine possession. Prosecutors reduced it to a misdemeanor. Plea deal; 30 days. 2019: Arrested for felony evading arrest with a vehicle. Dismissed. 2020: Arrested again for felony evading with a vehicle. Reduced to a misdemeanor. Plea deal; 30 days. 2021: APD's Gang Unit busted an open-air drug ring on Walnut Ridge Drive involving masked men waving rifles in the street. Ramos was caught after a car chase and foot pursuit. A loaded revolver was found next to his seat. He was already a convicted felon and prohibited from having a gun. Prosecutors nevertheless declined to prosecute. 2022: Arrested for aggravated robbery with a firearm -- a first-degree felony, up to life in prison. DA rejected the case in five days. No charges filed. 2022: Arrested again carrying a weapon as a convicted felon. Sat for two years. Dismissed -- prosecutors just took the gun. 2025: Crashed his truck into a tree near UT, fled on foot, identified by his face tattoos. Prosecutors gave him a diversion program. Case dismissed January 8, 2026. January 12, 2026 — four days later: Seferino Hernandez-Perez was shot and killed outside of Paris Lounge on N Lamar. 7 charges before the murder. 4 felonies. Every one reduced or thrown out. 0 jury trials. 60 total days in jail. Now the victim’s children are trying to raise enough money to bring their dead father’s corpse back to Mexico.

@JenRobichaux @atxREpodcast You can’t blame any of them. Standard permits take MONTHS for an inspector to come out & give green light. Meanwhile, they have plenty of manpower to patrol the streets and ding ppl for not pulling them. Zero incentive for doing it the right way but max punishment for not.

@nickANDmorty @atxREpodcast Ironic. I'm sure our 'well intentioned' city leaders hoped those permits would increase either safety or revenue. But with so many hoops to jump through, it's no surprise that it's easier to just take chances in the interest of completing projects and controlling costs.

What’s amazing about this, is what we accomplish w/ the City of Austin in total opposition. Only recently did Council become pro-housing. The State stepped in with HB 3167 etc to force Austin to permit faster. Austin is the hardest TX city to permit in and charges 13x fees.
Caleb Hammer@sircalebhammer

Austin tried to pass rent control, but the state didn’t allow it. Instead, we allowed developers to build. Now it’s cheaper to rent in Austin as a % of income than in decades. Move to states and cities that build things instead of having virtue signaling policies that don’t help
