@ginamilan_ What the heck?? I need to learn more about this. What a terrible thing.

It is with deep sadness that I share with you the news that Kerry Sheron, a 69-year-old Army veteran, tragically passed away Sunday night after being brutally beaten by his neighbor, all because he loved our country and President Trump.
Please send all your love and prayers to Kerry’s wife and family on this difficult day.
May God bless his beautiful soul. We thank him for his service to our country. 😔💔

English

@mazemoore Frankly, we need Democrats like him to speak up. This disgraceful display can only help people see the light.

Today, we remember that Jacob Frey unapologetically stands with criminals.
It must be demoralizing to work in law enforcement in Minnesota.
Mayor Jacob Frey@MayorFrey
Today, we remember George Floyd, who was murdered by a former Minneapolis police officer six years ago. That moment changed our city forever.
English

@Bella91320 Minnesota is just so crazy. So much fraud, complete sanctuary for criminals. It might be the communist capital of the world.
English

@mazemoore We need to seriously break away from the Communist states MN, MI, IL, NY, WA. They are too far gone with the radical left to ever be normal again.
They no longer represent America

If they called fouls every single time somebody made the slightest contact with a shooter, the game would never end. SGA would have fallen if touched or not. He kicks his legs out or falls down on almost every shot and just plays his odds with the refs. He rarely even attempts to land normally after shooting. It's terrible to watch. Imagine would the game would look like if everyone did this.

English

The OKC hate gets so forced… this is a foul. You can’t enter a players vertical landing space. Yes he flops and exaggerates for no reason, but this is a foul 100%

De'Aaron Fox was called for a foul on SGA here. 😅

My 1 Year Review of a Cheap Maserati:
The online Car Guy world spends a lot of time discussing how bad an investment Maseratis are. And it’s true when they’re new. They may be the fastest depreciating car of that middle tier.
But once they’re used, and the depreciation has hit, and you’re the buyer, it’s an affordable way to get a nice quick Sunday driver.
This one has the Ferrari built engine, which is always kind of cool when you look inside and see Ferrari tags on it.
This car never saw a winter since it came up from Texas. There isn’t a speck of rust on it. The undercarriage looks like it was put in yesterday and the engine is clean… You could practically eat off of it.
I bought it as a package deal when we were looking for my son‘s car and threw them a number that they accepted after a little bit of haggling. The final number was basically $11,000 out the door for an 80,000 mile car.
Obviously I did a little bit of research and drove it a few times and everything seemed cherry, and so far it has been.
As far as performance, it’s pretty quick from 0 to 60 but it’s real strength from 50 to 100
As far as interior, it’s pretty luxurious, but Maserati cuts a few corners with some odds and ends here and there with that keep it out of that upper tier.
As far as a fun drive, it definitely is. I have a Jeep Wrangler and a F150, so to me, any sedan would be a better performance, lol
As far as impostor syndrome, there’s a little bit of that because you know you’re driving a relatively cheap car that many people don’t realize you got for less than their Mazda.
But I also think that you should never buy a car for any reason other than to enjoy it, so if you’re worried about what people think, a used Mercedes would be basically the same issue.
As far as maintenance, because it’s a cheap buy, I’m not taking it to the dealership to get work done. I have a car guy I trust, and he did the oil change and put on the new tires which probably didn’t need to be done, but I sort of wanted to start fresh.
The only fix that was required was a coolant thermostat which I bought for around $100 and he installed for around $200.
So, do I think it was worth it?
Yes, I do. It’s a lot of fun for those occasional “let’s go take a ride” days. And since I’m not truly a car guy, there’s kind of no more affordable way to do it.
I would say the online ridiculing of Maserati as a brand is both true and false. I would ever buy a brand new one and take that sort of financial hit and depreciation but if you can afford an extra car and have maybe $1,000-$2,000 a year to throw at maintenance? It’s a pretty affordable way to get a little fun into your life.
There’s only one weird thing that bothers me, and that is I don’t have it within myself to pretend that I paid for or am driving a new one. Whenever somebody stops me and talks about it I always feel compelled to tell them how cheap it was. Maybe that’s the Midwestern in me.
Anyway, if you have a desire for something fun and can comfortably part with $10-$15,000, it’s worth it. But I would also seriously investigate the actual car that you’re buying and not just buy the one that you find. Because there are a lot of these out there with potentially EXPENSIVE problems.

What's terrible is that people who get cancer now will never know if it had anything to do with the vaccine.
My uncle died last year from cancer. Mid 70's, was in great health. Really inshape. Rich, retired, skinny, ate perfectly, didn't drink, played tennis everyday. Really good man too. Very kind person.
He was fully vaxed and boosted. Last year while playing tennis he didn't feel well. Went to doctor and they told him he had cancer throughout his entire body and he died not long after.
Do I know that the vax caused it or sped it up? No. Could it have? Yes.

@mazemoore My neighbor was there in line to get a shot every time a new one came out. He thought it was the best way to protect his fragile wife. He has been battling prostate cancer for a few years.

@ChrisMurphyCT Or the owners of the Red Sox don't support a guy who got a big nazi tattoo on his chest.

An ad that argues private equity has too much power is taken down off the air by a private equity funded company that owns the team, the TV station that airs the team’s games, and the newspaper that covers the team.
Platner couldn’t have written the script better himself.

Yesterday we started running this ad during the Red Sox game. Midway through the game the ad was taken down by the station (which is owned by Red Sox ownership). And then the Sox blew a 4-0 lead.

Psalm 46: God is our refuge and strength, an ever present help in trouble. Therefore we do not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea. Though its waters roar and foam and mountains shake with a surging. There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God.

Been fortunate to ride in some cool cars in my time but this may be one of the coolest! 1941 Packard which will be the lead car in today’s Memorial Day Parade.
Have a Blessed Memorial Day.
