Hello. Please keep me anon. 7 years married man with two kids. I have been having a really down time and things have been so difficult that feeding became a problem. Before I come back from work my wife would have ordered food and eat with the kids and I would probably eat bread or drink goldenmorn. I saw the receipt of what she ordered last week, 46k and I'm like we could cook soup and stew with it, she shouted saying that she can do whatever she likes with her money. She works too. I started prying and found out that my wife has about 11 million naira lying in her account and I am suffering, when I confronted her she wasn't even guilty. All she said was "when the money was there for you, how much did you give me as your wife, remove your eyes from my money it is for me and my children" I am beyond hurt and my ego has been badly bruised… What can I do???

I met a man and his family at a shawarma stand tonight, the man came in his Keke na pep (tricycle) seated inside was his wife and his 4 beautiful kids. The shawarma vendor seeing the number of persons inside the Keke asked the driver how many shawarma he wants to order, the man asked how much one of it cost and the vendor replied ₦4,000 for beef and ₦4,500 for chicken shawarma. The man turned around, looked at his family inside the Keke with his wife carrying the youngest and told the vendor he wants just one shawarma, I watched him search different pockets to make up the money for the beef shawarma, then I heard him say "Kam melu madam anyi Uka nne" While he walked back to his Keke to wait for the vendor, I quickly told the vendor to add 2 more shawarma to the man's order and paid for it. When the vendor called the Keke man for his order, he handed him 3 shawarma and the man shouted saying he paid for only one, then the vendor pointed to me saying I already paid for the 2. One of the most embarrassing moment of my life, watching a grown man go down to greet me and I quickly stopped him from doing so, I told him to enjoy the Uka nne with his family, I quickly told his wife that I paid for their shawarma and she also came out of the Keke carrying their youngest child to tell me thank you, I saw the happiness on her face and also that of her husband. I just smiled cause I know I made a couple happy, I hope they enjoy themselves. I'm home now and I'm even happier than the couple!!! For humanistic ideals!!! Jaecougar
