They all eliminate funding for the departments of Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Customs and Border Protection. These are the Federal agencies the protect or US borders and deport illegal immigrant criminal rapist, murders, and traffickers, and keep illegal drugs, criminals, and weapons from crossing in American. Democrats are prioritizing cutting funding for Federal TSA employees from earning a living wage, over having a totally unsecured open borders and to keep the flow of illegal criminal immigrant voters coming into American and living off the US Taxpayer dollars. This is why Republicans are blocking these bills to ensure all American are safe. And believes every Federal employee deserves to get paid.

Republicans control all 3 branches of government. Democrats introduced 7 bills to fund TSA. Each one was blocked by Republicans.
