@adgirlMM Since we are a country that is theoretically secular anybody who thinks any of the wars we have ever been engaged in were holy wars is a nutjob.

I don't know who needs to hear this but it's not a "holy war" if the guy who started the war isn't religious and just wanted to steal oil.

Many Americans are convinced that the US Government has secret information about UFOs that it has been refusing to release for decades. But if aliens are vising the earth, wouldn't other countries also have evidence? Why haven't they released it?

An official at Trump's FEMA says he once teleported to a Waffle House in Rome, Ga. @RichardFausset asked two dozen workers and regulars at Rome’s three Waffle House locations. None was aware of anyone traveling to the restaurants by paranormal means. nytimes.com/2026/04/03/us/…

@stephenRB4 An instruction book for the first VHS video player I ever bought. After I threw it I pulled all of the cables out of the machine and randomly plugged them back in and the machine worked on the first try.

@ReallyAmerican1 What he says and how he ultimately votes could be two different things. I still remember Robert Byrd's speech in the Senate when he stated all the reasons that he thought Bill Clinton should be removed from office, then voting with his fellow Democrats to acquit him.

@kron4news Even though he is still cooked in November I was kind of hoping that firing Pam Bondi and Kristi Noem meant he was at least trying to salvage his legacy but I guess not. Alcatraz is a National Park now. It's not a prison anymore.

President Trump is committed to rebuilding Alcatraz "as a state-of-the-art secure prison facility, providing $152 million to cover the first year of project costs," according to the White House’s proposed budget released today. Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi responded, “San Franciscans will not stand for Washington turning one of our most iconic landmarks into a political prop. I will work with my colleagues in the Congress to use every parliamentary and budgetary tactic available to block this lunacy.” Full Story: kron4.com/news/bay-area/…

@ABC Fake news. What they've actually done is raise the prices a dollar on the meal deals. Two days ago you could get a Daily Double Meal for 7 bucks. Now for 7 dollars all you get is a McDouble meal which used to be six bucks. So, you're paying a dollar more and getting less food.

@torontobaddy A good optimistic way to look at it. I was just watching a 1964 episode of The Alfred Hitchcock Hour and my reaction was all the dancers in this nightclub scene are all probably either dead or in a nursing home by now. So I guess I'm a pessimist.
