@stephenRB4 I never conceptualize my reading like that. I'm reading the book I currently am. When I'm done, I just pick a book that suits my mood. I always have a handful in mind, buts it's always in flux.

@stephenRB4 1st 20 mins were the best thing ever on film. The rest of the movie was ok. It’s like a MLB team starting 20-0 and going .500 the rest of the year. You’re still winning the division 😂

Saving Private Ryan is the greatest war movie ever made, and I will die on this hill.

@stephenRB4 I saw this in the theater when I was 4. I was really into army guys and watched a lot of war movies when I was younger. I think my dad wanted me to know what the world really is.

I’d say it’s a three way tie between Saving Private Ryan, Black Hawk Down, and Full Metal Jacket for psychological reasons behind war. We Were Soldiers and Platoon are also great classics.
