@kiteconsulting @chriswalkland Intresting discussions. 1 point I would make is how come Irish Co Ops still manage to pay out on average better than the UK price ? When adjusted for Fat and Protein. I think they have better markets, better run, don’t do low value deals with retailers. @chriswalkland
