@RuthChika12 You can strip symbols but only after you have extracted and stored the currency separately. If you just strip them and stop, £100 and $100 both become “100” (wrong). Correct workflow: extract → strip → convert with exchange rates → normalize.

I’m cleaning a dataset and I saw this in the “unit price” column: $129.01 USD £791,140 98.65 Same column 😭 How would you clean this as a data analyst?

Microsoft Power BI really needs to fix the export to PDF feature 😭 What do you mean I have to export my dashboards 20+ times before they finally sit perfectly on the page? Sometimes I even have to cut and merge different PDFs.🥲 Very frustrating.

MCAR (Missing Completely At Random): random → drop/impute
MAR (Missing At Random): depends on other variables → impute
MNAR (Missing Not At Random): depends on the value itself → flag

When working on a dataset that has missing numerical or categorical cells what do you do, do you fill or you flag ? What’s your best option in handling missing data ?

@Ivy_Dinma pressing a button in the sheet, or starting a Zapier/Make flow. That single action sends the batch. You could also use a scheduled trigger or a “new/updated row” trigger. So yes, it’s possible. No, it can’t run without a trigger.

@Ivy_Dinma Yes, you can automatically send emails from a Google Sheet with names and emails. But no automation works without a trigger. The trigger is simply what starts the process. If you want to send them all at once, the trigger can be manual, for example clicking Run in Apps Script,
