Most people face this issue because when they take a week off, they renege on their diet.
Take a week off the gym, keep eating properly, hit your protein and carb goals and you’re most likely going to resume stronger as your muscles are properly rested.
Infact, it is advisable to take a week off to rest and recover if you’ve been going consistently for a while.
