@JeremyChelot I was with Brsk now with @youfibre post merge. I was on Betternet 2000 and upgraded to You 8000. I can’t use my service that I’ve upgraded to due to needing my @Brsk_uk ONT to be re-provisioned. With no clear estimation on a fix from support or chat. Frustrating!

@onchalks @JeremyChelot @youfibre @Brsk_uk mine is a XS-010X-R specifically (haven't taken it off the wall, but the engineer left me the box with the model/serial numbers on).

@onchalks @JeremyChelot @youfibre @Brsk_uk if your ONT looks like this, the bottom LED should be blue for 10gbit. If it isn't, it's not an issue with your ONT I don't think - mine negotiated a 10gbit link to the router even when I was on 2gbit package.

@onchalks @JeremyChelot @youfibre @Brsk_uk what's the model number? The one I have is the Nokia one where you get a blue LED if the ethernet port is running at 10gbit.

@onchalks @JeremyChelot @youfibre @Brsk_uk did you manage to get it reprovisioned in the end? I managed to get the upgrade put through today but now I'm in the same boat, still stuck at 2gbit on the ONT.
