@Hexxeh @JeremyChelot @youfibre @Brsk_uk I can’t find a model number as the Ont is blank. My speeds went from 2100Mbps to 2300mbps. I feel as though the ONT I have has a 2.5Gbit Ethernet port

@onchalks @JeremyChelot @youfibre @Brsk_uk perhaps there's different ones that look very similar, I'm not sure sorry :( see if you can find a model number for yours and find a spec sheet see what it is and what it's capable of?

@JeremyChelot I was with Brsk now with @youfibre post merge. I was on Betternet 2000 and upgraded to You 8000. I can’t use my service that I’ve upgraded to due to needing my @Brsk_uk ONT to be re-provisioned. With no clear estimation on a fix from support or chat. Frustrating!

@onchalks @JeremyChelot @youfibre @Brsk_uk mine is a XS-010X-R specifically (haven't taken it off the wall, but the engineer left me the box with the model/serial numbers on).

@onchalks @JeremyChelot @youfibre @Brsk_uk if your ONT looks like this, the bottom LED should be blue for 10gbit. If it isn't, it's not an issue with your ONT I don't think - mine negotiated a 10gbit link to the router even when I was on 2gbit package.

@Hexxeh @JeremyChelot @youfibre @Brsk_uk It looks like that, I even tested to a 10gbit adaptor in to my Mac. Speeds I get at 2300Mbps up and down. 10gbit full duplex selected for the adaptor on macOS

@Hexxeh @JeremyChelot @youfibre @Brsk_uk My ONT is connected to my ASUS Router which has a 10gbit port, I’m using Cat 8, the data light is amber

@onchalks @JeremyChelot @youfibre @Brsk_uk what's the model number? The one I have is the Nokia one where you get a blue LED if the ethernet port is running at 10gbit.

@onchalks @JeremyChelot @youfibre @Brsk_uk If only they'd communicate this to support staff, the one I just spoke to had no idea of any such issues... :(

@Hexxeh @JeremyChelot @youfibre @Brsk_uk I did, however it is still stuck at 2gbit. Looks to be an issue with @youfibre that needs to be sorted from their end. I also req a change in static IP and that’s yet to be completed. It has been 4 days since I requested this!

@onchalks @JeremyChelot @youfibre @Brsk_uk did you manage to get it reprovisioned in the end? I managed to get the upgrade put through today but now I'm in the same boat, still stuck at 2gbit on the ONT.

@Hexxeh @JeremyChelot @youfibre @Brsk_uk They take a while to respond, literally a patience building exercise. CEO on the other hand is pretty fast!
