@orangeats but no rlly it’s soft but not gooey and it’s very creamy in taste and depending on which type you get there are different flavor profiles but it’s mostly a very creamy soft textured cheese with a little note of nuttiness. highly recommend with crackers

@orangeats @Astro0353117422 as a follow up to this!! while the outside is completely edible some people find it a little bitter for their tastes, i would recommend trying the inside first and then once you’re acclimated try it with some rind!

@prettyshse ong i totally understand you ! we do peer reviews in my studio group where we go around and leave advice on sticky notes for people and i always try to leave notes for people who have less given to them, but when i came back to my work i have MAYBE one post it .

i had to share a speech on a discussion board and had to reply to at least 3 other peers' videos. i always make sure to comment on whoever has the least or has zero comments... but it's a shitty feeling scrolling and realizing i'm the only one with no comments

@orangeats i think some ppl in the comments are confusing brie cheese with camembert cheese (camembert has a more unique flavour/smell). brie cheese genuinely is just very similar to if u melted mozzarella and there was a slightly buttery flavour to it
