At some point, when my phone had issues and I wanted to change it, he even added ₦30k to what I had. Plus other countless favours here and there. It got to a point where even after I had the ₦20k to pay him back, I didn’t even know how to bring it up again, because he had already spent way more than that on me. It felt like the debt didn’t even make sense anymore. Eventually, he asked for the ₦20k, and I paid him back. But it left me confused.

Who works at NEPA that can educate us on how things work? Do you get up from your desk and decide to push a button to put say Ososami Street in the dark or is it automated?
