Liv’s mother @rebeccaperrotto told me just how much it meant to Liv to have so many people in the space world genuinely care about her:
“We’re still shocked that we’re still so close to Jared and all of the people…She adored him. She looked up to him so much. [She felt he was] almost more of an uncle.
The Inspiration4 crew, the Polaris crew, Jared’s assistants, they ALL stayed in contact and stayed close and have been a huge supporter for Liv and our entire family.”

Liv had planned to speak with Elon Musk just days before she died, but never got to. The day after she passed, flowers and a handwritten card arrived, signed “Anonymous.” Liv’s mother later learned that they, along with a box of items from SpaceX, were from Elon. Both the note and flowers were placed in Liv’s casket.

Liv was also able to meet Charlie Duke and William Shatner in Antarctica, and later, @AstroVicGlover.
The whole space world opened it’s arms to her again and again because her love and passion was contagious. The space world was HER world, not hospitals. She didn’t let cancer stop her from looking up at the sky.

Thanks to Jared, Liv was able to design a zero-g indicator for the Polaris Dawn mission, which Jared also commanded. She sketched out this little stuffed animal that looked like Elon Musk’s dog and named him “Asteroid.” When Polaris hit zero-G, Asteroid started to float. It was her dream come true.
But that wasn’t the end. The Polaris team never forgot her, and sent her a cake on her birthday, and flowers to the hospital. Jared chartered his own plane to fly Liv home from treatments, personally called St. Jude to review her case, and took her up in a fighter jet which he flew.

Liv dreamed of being a fighter pilot and an Astronaut with @SpaceX. She was obsessed with all things space, anime, her dogs and cats, and her sister Abby.
When she was 10, she was diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive cancer called undifferentiated sarcoma. Liv underwent chemo, radiation, surgeries, and clinical trials. It was a dark time, until Liv heard about the SpaceX mission @inspiration4x, commanded by Jared Isaacman.
The crew of Inspiration4 heard about Liv, and Jared paid to bring her and her family to the launch. That was the beginning of a life-changing relationship. Jared became committed to Liv – both her care and her dreams.

Everyone knows I cry a lot. So it probably doesn’t mean much when I say I cried the entire time while telling this story on the air today.
But when you hear about this little girl’s fight with cancer, and the lengths @NASAAdmin Jared Isaacman and @elonmusk went to to make her dreams come true before she passed, you’ll probably cry, too.

My vietnam veteran brother is extremely limited and has a 100% REAL service dog. The govt pays for all it's vetcare. I am angered by those who take advantage of rules that allow anyone to slap a service dog vest on a dog when there are REAL service dogs who do REAL service dog work. The dog has a qr code on its harness which goes to the US govt rules for this dog. It can go anywhere he goes including restauants.

Nobody is required to love your dog.
I know I sound like a prick.
But stop bringing them in stores.
Just last Friday, I stopped in a store and a guy in checkout has his dog and it jumps on me as I walk past them.
“Oh he just loves people” they say obliviously.
So? I’m having to go to customers and the dog got dirt streaks on the thigh of my pants.
And spare me the “if you don’t like it, don’t go in the store” bullshit.
If you can’t make it through a store without your dog, it’s not me with the issues.
I had a dog. It was a great dog. Best part of our family at times. But I expect NOBODY to have to deal with my occasionally over-excited dog, especially in a public place. I’d never have even thought of bringing a dog (I’ve seen it twice now) in a restaurant. Hell, if a person came over my house who was uncomfortable with it acting up, I’d take him in the other room.
And for those with actual service pets? You really should speak up, because the people who don’t have well trained dogs are going to lose you that privilege.

Regarding Pope Leo IV's ongoing simping for and evangelizing of Islam...
I understand in this capacity these naively dangerous statements from this pope are not considered authoritative (or ex cathedra), but he is clearly abusing this privilege and on a mission to disarm what remains of the West. If he said these things as Robert Prevost, no one would care. IMO he is obviously using his capacity as the pope to spread this cultural suicide note, and doing so subversively so that discerning Catholics (who may rebuke him) instead feel compelled to defend his office by pointing out "he's not speaking for The Church" -- when it's pretty clear this pope intends to speak for that and a lot more.
Bottom line: he's intentionally and subversively seeking a crevice here that permits him to speak with the authority of his office, while simultaneously permitting the claim he's not.

She's pushing a $1 per ride tax on every Uber & Lyft in the city to fund schools — while the district still faces a massive budget hole.
This is peak "we own you" energy from a politician who sees taxpayers as an ATM instead of people already getting crushed by high costs.
When government spending is out of control, the answer is never cutting waste... it's always another tax.

Hand $100M to the Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) for partially forgivable business loans.
The kicker though?
This agency is already experiencing a fraud scandal with an entirely different program that also happens to have a $100M price tag known as the Promise Act.
The agency has been giving grants to businesses and orgs that aren’t even eligible for the program.
Now they want to be given more money?
You can’t make this stuff up.

His name is Liban Mohamed, and he is the political face of Utah’s rapidly expanding Somali Bantu Muslim community.

Meet Aden Batar, Somali Muslim refugee turned Director of Migration & Refugee Services at Catholic Community Services of Utah. (Say What!?)
He was resettled by them in 1994. Now he runs the entire program, alongside his deputy, Khalid Al Hachami (another Muslim), bringing more Muslim refugees into Utah under a Catholic label.
But listen to Batar himself in a recent talk:
“As a Muslim and also working for [the Catholic] organization… every single bed that they sleep with comes from the LDS Church… As a Muslim when 9/11 happened… the first person that reached to us at our mosque was the leadership from the LDS Church… ‘We are here with you… if one religion is attacked, all religions [are] attacked.’ It gives me a lot of comfort to live in this community… I’ve never felt that I’m in the minority here.”
He openly admits: He’s a Muslim running a “Catholic” refugee machine.
Every bed for the hundreds of refugees they import comes from the LDS (Mormon) Church.
Notice the narrative: Right after 9/11, while America was still reeling from radical Islamic terror, Batar portrays Muslims as the primary victims in need of Christian support and protection.
Meanwhile, the very system he now oversees continues bringing in more refugees from the same regions.
This is the Red-Green Axis in action:
Radical leftists (the “Red”) and Islamic movements (the “Green”) are working in alignment, leveraging Christian compassion, taxpayer dollars, and interfaith goodwill.

I'm not quite sure how VA got played. Spanberger's record as a radical was clear. She would not even condemn someone wishing for the death of not only her Republican opponents but their children too. A majority of VA voters chose her anyway. I feel for those who didn't. But VA is about to suffer for those foolish choices.

JUST IN: Governor Abigail Spanberger officially signs a bill handing over Virginia’s 13 electoral votes to whoever wins the most votes across the whole country… even if Virginians vote the other way. Insane. They rushed it through with mostly Democrat votes. The plan has 222 votes. It needs 270 to actually start working. Once it does, your vote in Virginia doesn’t matter anymore. The Founders made the Electoral College so a few big cities don’t boss the whole country. This is a sneaky Democrat power grab to cheat that. “Every vote counts the same”? Lies. Virginians are pissed off, and they should be. They got played.
