@cipherbunk That particular phone is very capable. It even has support for standard apps like WhatsApp, YouTube, Facebook etc. Modern feature phones are way more powerful compared to phones from 20 years ago

@kiswarday You can just use Google maps. Google has access to millions of Wi-Fi APs details with coordinates around the world. If you use Google maps in your laptop or PC that has a Wi-Fi card, it will show you your exact location.

@partyface_ The post is misleading, looks like having access to the WiFi is enough. You need to have a list with other AP's coordinates and from there doing a triangulation (in the pic he shows the exact GPS coordinates). How easy is to have access to such list?

@kiswarday It is very easy to find your location more accurately if you use Wi-Fi. It is called Wi-Fi positioning. It works by scanning nearby Access points. If you want to avoid it, then you should use Ethernet. By that, others can only see your IP location, not precise location.

🚨 BREAKING: Iranian hackers from the Handala group breached FBI Director Kash Patel's old personal Gmail, leaking hundreds of emails (2010-2019) plus personal photos. Reveals his ties to India (home in Baroda, NRE bank accounts), fun trips to Havana, Cuba cigars at Hemingway's bar, silly selfies and everyday life. No government secrets or scandals, just a normal guy. DOJ confirmed the leak is real.

@GopalBhootra Internet connection is not needed. And yes, Hotspot works without internet in Android, not sure about iPhone tho. It works in Local Area Network so it doesn't require internet access. You can even transfer files from one building to another if they are on same LAN network.

This is how file sharing SHOULD work. LocalSend doesn’t use servers. No cloud. No uploads. No middleman. Everything happens on your local network. Meaning: • Faster than Google Drive / WhatsApp • No compression or quality loss • Files never leave your WiFi • Zero tracking Under the hood: • Direct device-to-device transfer • REST API + HTTPS encryption • On-the-fly TLS certificates • Works across all platforms Even better: • Send files, folders, text, clipboard • No file size limits • Multi-device transfers • Works offline (same network only) Supports: • Android • iOS • Windows • macOS • Linux AirDrop was just the beginning. This removes ecosystem limits.

@GopalBhootra @Techjunkie_Aman LocalSend is better. It is truely private, no data collection and internet needed. It works across all platforms. It works on LAN, no Bluetooth needed. It is also reliable and secure.

OFFICIAL: Service boost for OnePlus users in India 🇮🇳 You can now get your OnePlus smartphones repaired at OPPO service centres as well, including Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. This will be effective from April 2026. This move increases OnePlus service centres by 50% 👀 (now 600+ service centres in India) Big step to solve one of the biggest issues in India. Would this make you trust OnePlus more now? 🤔
