@TheHerd @colincowherd Reese is the best athlete in this draft idk how he busts even if he’s not the worth the 2nd overall pick
English

"What the Jets CAN'T do at #2 is have another bust or somebody they can't figure out. They already had two of those with Zach Wilson and Mekhi Becton."
@colincowherd thinks it's clear who the Jets should draft at #2 overall

@rbaezjr @patchypitches @SleeperNFL @SandoNFL @FinsXtra @SleeperMiami 60 mill at the qb position one year
English

@guerriero_logan @SleeperNFL @SandoNFL @FinsXtra @SleeperMiami 1) it’s actually not big at all… Miami has top 3 cap in ‘27 so it’s cheap if Willis works
2) they’re not out tanking jets or cards so the top 2 ‘27 qbs are out of reach
3) they can evaluate a good qb instead of paying tua🗑️
4) you’re the dumbass if comprehending this is hard
English

@patchypitches @SleeperNFL @SandoNFL @FinsXtra @SleeperMiami They’re saying don’t sign a qb to that big of a contract after cutting tua and tank the season dumbass

@FootballEra_ Brother have you seen zubamendi play for Spain? Tell me with a strait face he’s incapable of playing risky passes.
Arsenals offense stratagy is the barbell of doom (force passes outside and cross)
You think that’s a personel and skill issue?
English

When I spoke about it earlier than everyone else, people thought I was “hating” on Zubimendi. In reality, nobody likes some of these players more than I do, but now it’s becoming clear to everyone.
Some of it comes down to coaching, but most of it is about personnel and profiles. Arsenal simply don’t have midfielders who can consistently execute risky, line-breaking passes under pressure with a high success rate. Players like Xhaka, Zinchenko, and Partey used to do it effortlessly.
The truth is, if you keep playing risk-averse football, your matches will be decided by fine margins, and with fine margins, you won’t always get lucky. It also puts your attackers in tough situations, where they’re expected to convert the one or two chances they get, which isn’t always realistic.
That’s why every single chance Arsenal attackers get ends up being micro-analyzed.

🔍Risk aversion vs Everton🔎 All our players are guilty of it, but I don't know what's happened to Zubi lately because I love him and I've seen him playing those suggested passed a million times. Mental fatigue? Better balance between security and risk 🙏

@BenRitholtzNBA What’s stopping the wizards, pelicans, nets and kings into colluding to pick each other and then try to out tank each other?
How is that not the same situation we’re currently in
English

My mind is blown.
By far best solution I’ve seen.
John Haslbauer@PGATout
The Wizards trading for Trae Young + AD and benching them both for the rest of the season is a blatant sign that the NBA Lottery system has failed to stop tanking. I came up with a solution to fix it:
