@LcsoLab @J_A_C_S Thanks! Prof. Waser. I am not surprised that you had already explored this reaction 15 year ago, given your pioneering work on Pd-catalyzed alkynylamination. It turned out to be quiet challenging and most commercially available ligands either gave no reaction or only low ee.

@pengwanglab @J_A_C_S Congrats! We had a few trials to make Pd-catalyzed aminoalkynylation enantioselective now 15 years ago but did not succeed at that time!
