@Petco the online system is a scam. I ordered a bag of cat food for $16.89 (pickup). The system then told me it is out-of-stock. I can find the same one and the same local Petco. But now you changed me for $18.99? 12% plus more?! I have no choice since I am running low.

@Petco @_NaDene_ I request the teddy bear cut, even cut around his head/neck and I get a mix with the Pomeranian face/neck. I tip the young lady before seeing my pet and was very disappointed in the cut for 80 bucks not to mention I’m locked out online account because petco cancelled twice.

@petco I have had many goldfish in my 64yrs & was again refuse a goldfish today even though I have @ 150 gallon pond and a very large pond on property,because I was going to put this tiny fish in a 5 gallon. Done with Petco will no longer shop there for my 2 dogs&daughters 4.

On Feb 21, 2026 I took my two senior rescue dogs(15 years loyal customer)for their yearly shots at @Petco in Toms River NJ..The vet refused to let me in the room with them-something I've always done before..She had a nasty attitude and said I'm the vet, these are my rules.First she did my 8 year old Frankie. When it was my dog Ziggy's turn ( 9 years old, blind in one eye, bad arthritis, anxiety) she demanded a muzzle..I said no way-he's never bitten anyone and never had a problem. She immediately refused service and told us to get out..The manager said her hands were tied because the vet has the final say as she was petting Ziggy and giving him treats..She gave me the customer service number which is a call center (in the Philippines)I've called 8 times with zero resolution..This is unacceptable treatment of a long-time customer and her rescue dogs..I went back because every two weeks they have a different vet..The vet tech checked me in and said Ziggy is banned from @Petco and the vet put in the notes he is a vicious dog..This is beyond upsetting and unacceptable..@Petco's corporate office is in San Diego California but every phone number for this American 🇺🇸billion dollar company is a phone center in the Philippines. I've been a pet owner my whole life and have never been treated so bad as a paying customer because of one bad vet who shouldn't be around any animals...MJK
