@Petco I am currently in Mexico, and the issue was that they refused to bathe my dog simply because I requested careful handling due to his hip dysplasia.

@Petco Three days later and still no resolution. I understand you’re investigating, but the investigation doesn’t change the immediate outcome — the bag purchased at @Petco was unusable due to infestation. I then spent $60+ replacing the food because my dog was completely out.

Just opened a new bag of @PurinaONE dog food and found BUGS and larvae. Bought it at @Petco a couple weeks ago & the bag has no holes or tears. WTF?! @Petco has told me rewards won’t be credited if I return. $70 food - now what?
