When called last night to get the refund, we were told after an hour there was a problem processing it and to call back today. I got on a chat today and was told we were now outside of the 15-day window to get a refund. You guys are #scam artists. @bbb_us

You continue to find new ways to disappoint @BestBuy. We bought a refrigerator from you. My wife and I both took off of work for the delivery, but your crew brought the wrong one, so we had to take a second day off of work and were promised a partial refund for our trouble. 1/2

@bbb_us You're very welcome. I may be in need of your help again. @Fandango has been selling defective copies of movies and TV shows. I take a while watching the shows I buy, and by the time I watch them it is too late to get a refund. It seems they are selling bootleg copies.

@bbb_us I am so glad to see the BBB still around helping consumers against dishonest businesses. You've been a huge help to me since I was 13 years old (I am now 67) against Warren Publishing Company who refused to send me the magazines I ordered. Thank you for your services

@InstacartHelp How am I still on the waiting list after three years, and one of my friends who never worked for IC got a spot in my neighborhood after I told him that there was a waiting list. Something is not right. Next stop is the Better Business Bureau.

@bbb_us Please look into the practices of @W_Penn_Power Their response times are horrible, and now they are randomly shutting off people's power in the winter. Thank You.

As a veteran with over 20 years of honorable service to our country, I believe I have every right to question serious issues like this and demand accountability. For the past 3+ years, @USAA has harassed my wife and me. Here's what happened: I financed a car through USAA and made payments for ~6 years. In late 2019, I needed to ship the car overseas legally that I just bought, so USAA had to handle/release the title for that process. Right around payoff time, USAA suddenly claimed they couldn't find the title and said they "never had it." When I called to confirm, I was transferred to a representative (a Scottish gentleman) who clearly stated in their system that USAA did have the title and could see it. Believing that, I paid off the loan immediately through the app. Three days later, a USAA executive called and reversed course: they now claim they never had the title—even for the overseas shipment in Dec 2019. I asked why they never informed me of this during 6 years of payments and numerous complaint calls with them over the years. They said they SENT "ONE" letter in early 2020—after the car was already shipped and never asked or said a thing about it again. They admitted the car was shipped overseas without proper title handling on their end. When I asked what they'd do to locate or resolve the title now, they said "nothing"—because the loan is paid off, they have no "standing." This sequence raises serious questions: How could USAA allow/approve shipping my vehicle overseas without proper title possession or release? Why provide conflicting information from reps and executives, leading me to pay off the loan under false pretenses? Why no real effort to fix this after years of payments and service? Why are companies allowed to create this kind of confusion, potentially mislead customers, and then walk away with zero accountability? As a veteran who trusted USAA (especially given their military focus), this feels like a betrayal. I'm seeking resolution: release of any lien documentation, help obtaining a clear title (or bond/replacement process), and an explanation/apology. @USAA @USAA_help — please address this directly. Also tagging for visibility: @POTUS @SecDef @USOCC @FTC @CFPB @bbb_us (since this involves potential consumer protection/banking issues). Thank you for any guidance or support. Please Repost and pass on for other Veterans so they also don't fall victim.

I am so proud to announce what will soon be the tallest building in Australia — Trump International Hotel & Tower Gold Coast. This marks our first venture into Australia — an extraordinary country in every respect — and I couldn’t be more excited to help shape its iconic skyline forever. More to come…

Hey X. How come advertising I block still shows up in my feed? Since blocking does nothing, you are guilty of "false advertising". Will be contacting Better Business Bureau and others about it.
