🇳🇱🇲🇦 The Hague police deployed water cannons and made multiple arrests early this morning after violent celebrations by Moroccans following Morocco’s World Cup victory over the Netherlands.
A crowd of Moroccans began throwing stones and heavy fireworks directly at law enforcement officers. Riot police responded with baton charges and water cannons to disperse the rioters.
