@philipcturtle @ToursByTrain No, the art deco building is still there. That walk way, with the arrival and departure board suspended from the ceiling used to be used to park cars rather than as an area for pedestrians.

@philipcturtle @ToursByTrain That whole area up to where the ticket office is at the top of the ramp/steps was a car park until the 90s when the station was rebuilt.

I've just watched a video from some unwashed left wing influencer claiming that Restore Britain wants to remove a million people over a period of five years. I want to make our response really clear, because this is just blatant misinformation. We'll deport far more than that.

This week, I wrote about how Russian speakers process blue differently because their language splits it into two colours. But English has its own strange colour history too. Old English colour words don't map onto ours at all, and “blue” was barely a thing.

@AvantiWestCoast if I have paid for tickets using PayPal why does the booking confirmation say I have to insert the card I used when collecting them? Obviously there isn't one.
