Clay this literally shows her trying to get away and not trying to hit him. Lying like this, especially in this situation, is not helpful to anyone. Make no mistake you are willfully lying. You can clearly see her reverse at an angle to try to get away and you can clearly see her drive forward with her hands try to maneuver the wheel to the right. Every aspect of this is 100% visible in that video.
