@MalwareJake Talk to HR about offering them a substantial consultancy offer, then ensure a replacement admin is available to shadow. This is based on the premise that the departing admin is an information silo filled with the workings of the business.

Tabletop: A system admin with domain admin permissions has given notice. They have unique knowledge in the org. You cannot immediately replace them and resourcing does not allow you to assign them a shadow. How do you handle their last two weeks at the org? Discuss.
