You know 2029 is 3 years away right? You just don’t get how time works I guess or even strategy. When you effectively impact the way an organization operates and is able to do the basic tasks, you make it basically useless. Whether funded, or not, you can’t do the actions that you want to do. This makes it hard to use the funds to do the actions you want. In 3 years, goals will have fallen so short they can make the argument to get rid of ICE all together.
