Just to be clear, the Steelers knew RB Kenneth Gainwell and G Isaac Seumalo were going to test the free-agent market. And they know how the system works. So, after seeing what happened last year with Justin Fields, they weren't surprised at all when they lost them.

From the full video, both are clearly dogs growing up together—one with the classic Rottweiler black-and-tan coat, the other a solid black large breed like a Lab or similar mix. May not be your cup of tea, but imo Willis is worth 4 yrs/$100M, $55M gtd. If it doesn’t work you are over-paying for a backup. That’s not gonna kill ya. If it works you have a 4-yr stater well below-market. Home run.

The QB carousel is going to be spinning this offseason, but one market that hasn’t been talked about much is QB-needy teams trading for current backups.
