These flats in Mbare Matapi, Nenyere, Magaba and Matererini, Mbare flats were never designed for families. They were bachelors working in heavy industries. Now they're overcrowded and dilapidated. They should just offer alternative accommodation and demolish these flats for construction of new very modern buildings.

The ZANUPF connected Delish Nguwaya has already built his "waste management" plant and CoH has already been dealing with him thanks to a totally overpriced contract signed with this mayor? Zanupf will not allow this rejection to stand.
