Everyone knows about college, party life. Every fraternity has stories about girls getting gang bang. It's really sad. There just are not enough virtuous women for every man to have someone special. dudes are settling for dirty Sluts with STDs. It would require approvals, coordination, and a clear framework to even be possible. So the real question is: is this a practical solution being worked out behind the scenes, or just a well-timed statement during a funding crisis? Because the difference between intention and execution here is massive.
