It totally depends what local market you're talking about. The sky is not falling in Bentonville, Arkansas. The whole metro area has been growing for decades and is projected to continue growing. People are coming from China and India and other places of the country and they're wanting to live in big fancy houses. If you're in a major American city like in California or New York, I would probably agree with you, but there are several small and medium cap areas that are doing really well.
