@prblmtcfd yes! used pliers for everything, to close and open the rings and pass them through as well (no matter the size of the rings)

Like I don't want to pass out I've literally had such bad injuries and trauma from fainting but then I'm like "imagine if my ed was valid" which I suppose means fainting? I need to just actually starve then we'll see

I literally hate fainting and it's so traumatic but lately my stupid ed brain has been fantasizing about it.. which is so beyond fucked up

I don't even like the idea of my ugw I know it'll be bad when I get there and never enough, I'm just so afraid of gaining weight I end up losing instead because then I know I won't gain and if I do it'll be ok because I lost enough it doesn't matter
