@ZombieHedgehog_ @traxman25 @RedFoxSquirrel To be clear, this was a giveaway that we shipped once but was unable to be delivered since it went LTL and the location wasn't accessible for the truck. We have paid to ship it a again in a much more disassembled state to go via ground. We will no longer be doing giveaways

@ZombieHedgehog_ @RedFoxSquirrel It’s definitely taken longer than we anticipated. We had some design changes that initially set back the first ship date but it gave us time to improve some things. No matter what Kit will have a printer.

@CanuckCreator It was a core XZ and while it worked ok, i got it delivered with parts missing and the frame was so tightly strapped the idler mounts were bent after a few weeks. They pulled the printer pretty quickly i think

Previous post was over a month ago, so for those who may be wondering, here is an update on the status of the Talos 600 printer I won from @pro_R3D during @3dprintingnerd's 2023 Holiday Giveaway. Hopefully next update will be soon and include pictures of me and the printer.

Hey @pro_R3D I still haven't gotten word from you on the shipping status of the Talos 600 printer I won on @joeltelling 's Holiday 2023 Giveaway stream. Last was on 7/9 where you thought some parts had shipped and you were going to check. Followup emails have gotten no response.

@3DPrint_com Between the lost unit and delayed second unit there was an extended delay with this order which we are not happy about. We acknowledge that support is our weak link and are consistently working to improve on that front.

Our writer Orville was eager to try out @pro_R3D's large-format Daedalus #3Dprinter. With a CoreXY system for fast printing, Duet 3 mainboard, & other good features, the system was reliable & printed components to spec each time. But customer service left something to be desired.

@Proto_pasta Wait, so you dont have a plastic to pasta transition materterial ? What kind of name is ProtoPASTA if you dont??? It was defiantly a good call, those materials look awesome .

So my plan for today was to fly to Pittsburgh and have the Friday Call from my hotel room. Sadly I am currently 7 hours of travel in, surrounded by BSOD, and keep getting my flights cancelled out of Newark. So sadly, it's not likely there is a Friday Call tonight.
