OFFICIAL ADDRESS ON THE SABIGAL MATTER I’ve intentionally stayed off the conversation around this situation because I haven’t been very active on Twitter lately. However, once my name began to be consistently associated with the issue, I took time to properly look into it. I had a direct conversation with Sabi Gal earlier today, and from my findings, there was a clear lapse in how a particular class was handled, specifically the TLS 2.0 (2025 set). During that call with her, she made it clear that her other class sets are satisfied with their experience and outcomes. But from my findings, The concern to me primarily centers around the TLS 2.0 set, which unfortunately did not receive the same level of structure and delivery the other sets did. This period, as she mentioned coincided with a very challenging time in her life, and as a result, the structure and delivery of that set were not properly executed. Which is not an excuse‼️ That said, context does not remove responsibility. Another primary issue here is that a new set of students was taken on while the needs of the previous set had not been fully met. That is a failure in standard, and it is acknowledged. To everyone affected, I sincerely apologize for the experience and the gap in delivery. She is still growing, and like anyone in that phase, mistakes can happen. What matters is how they are addressed and corrected. Moving forward, I have given clear directives. ▫️She would tender a formal address to her community tomorrow when puts herself together ▫️All affected students will be contacted directly. ▫️Structured resolutions will be communicated transparently and provided with immediate effect to ensure they receive the value they paid for. ▫️This process will be handled transparently and with urgency A defined standard for mentorship delivery will also be established and enforced. I will also be personally overseeing this resolution process to ensure accountability and prevent any recurrence. At this point, the focus is not on prolonging the issue, but on executing solutions and restoring trust. Your voices have been heard. The constructive feedback has been taken seriously, and actions are already in motion. Those affected will be attended to, and satisfaction will be prioritized. We move forward with better structure, better standards, and better accountability.
