We had the chance for a brilliant, highly qualified leader in the White House—but chose a path many now question. No regrets on where I stood. 🇺🇸🔥 What do you think..👇

@EliteMan091 It's possible. While I like Rubio very, very much, I would never vote for him...he is not a natural born citizen and he attempted to usurp the Constitution.

Marco Rubio is losing to Kamala Harris in a potential matchup, according to a new poll. The poll shows Harris with the lead. Do you think this could actually happen?

I thought I had found a winner but when the Aspen Dental office in Tomball, TX adamantly refused to provide requested services, a cleaning and polishing only, as well as my request to speak with someone in charge, I decided I needed to continue my search. This is not medical care; it is profit driven, corporate control. Demand Accountability for Aspen Dental Malpractice - Sign the Petition! c.org/Bdb7J9V9cM via @Change

You are pathetic... "It was taken in 1991 at The Plaza Hotel in New York City. The event was the Maybelline "Look of the Year" modeling competition finale (a major international talent search that Trump sponsored and hosted at his Plaza Hotel that year). Photographer: Ron Galella (a well-known celebrity/paparazzi photographer). Ivanka (born 1981) would have been around 9–10 years old at the time. The "gold dress" matches descriptions and similar shots from the glamorous black-tie gala portion of the event held in the Plaza's ballroom and surrounding areas. Similar photos from the same night/event show Trump and a young Ivanka together in formal attire amid the fashion show setting. The "hotel hallway" appearance is likely them moving through the opulent interior corridors or pre/post-event areas of the Plaza (a landmark luxury hotel Trump owned at the time)."

@JohnK4700479717 @mr_muskxnews No, they don't think they can just do this, they CAN do it under current interpretation. I hope we get different rules soon to put a stop to it.

It's nine judges and their purpose is to discern constitutional issues like this one. Do you even know what 'under the jurisdiction of' means? It isn't clear which is why there are two sides and why the SCOTUS is taking until June to sort it out. I'm hoping they do it constitutionally using original intent but I'm betting that they will decide it politically which will be very bad for the country.

@maknudsen11 @mr_muskxnews Actually, there should be an amendment to properly define 'under the jurisdiction thereof' (and other phrases like "for the common good" and "regulate commerce" and "Law of Nations" and"general welfare" and "well regulated militia") based on original intent.

Unfortunately that is not true for all countries... "Why Statelessness Is Possible Real-world risks include: Strict registration deadlines or bureaucratic requirements — Many countries require parents to register the birth at an embassy/consulate within a short window (e.g., 1 year in some cases). Undocumented parents or those fearing contact with authorities might miss this, and the child gets nothing. Generational limits — Countries like Canada, Germany, Australia, and the UK often limit automatic transmission to the first generation born abroad. If the parent was also born outside their home country, the child may not qualify. Gender-discriminatory laws (still in effect in ~20–27 countries) — In places like Qatar, Kuwait, Brunei, Lebanon, Iran, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Jordan, and others, mothers may be unable (or severely restricted) to pass citizenship if the father is not a citizen. Fathers usually can. Other restrictions — Some nations require later residency by the child, prohibit dual citizenship (forcing renunciation that doesn’t happen automatically), or have no diplomatic relations with the U.S. making registration impossible. If both parents are stateless themselves, the risk is total. Practical barriers — Fear of deportation, lack of documentation, or inability to travel to an embassy can prevent parents from securing foreign citizenship for the child. Legal and advocacy analyses of Trump’s order (and the ongoing SCOTUS case as of April 2026) explicitly warn that this scenario would create stateless or effectively stateless U.S.-born children. Estimates suggest hundreds of thousands of babies per year could be affected overall, with a subset facing actual statelessness." I think our laws would require special handling to prevent stateless babies which could include deportation back to parents' country of origin. I think we also need to become FAR more aware of the origin of pregnant women and the citizenship of their husbands.

@mr_muskxnews Basically, if the parents are illegal, then the child is a citizen of the country he or she came from be it Venezuela , Honduras Peru, whatever country it is that’s where they are a citizen of!!!

🚨 Be BRUTALLY honest: ICE officers in Charlotte smashed a car window and arrested an anti-ICE protester who was doxxing federal agents and tipping off illegal immigrants about upcoming raids. Are you OK with this? YES or NO?
