One of the hardest parts about being a designer is showing progress without visuals to teammates. Everyone needs to visualize progression.
I can spend days literally just thinking things through and never touching something like Figma. Especially when thinking big picture.

Communicate not just your suggestion but your framework that led to that suggestion.
Help people understand not just WHAT you think, but HOW you think.
